Kind and effective
Kind and effective services after my package got lost god knows where. The company offered to re-ship or refund immediately. The person I was exchanging mails with was really helpful and friendly, so it was a very nice experience despite the fact I didn't get my products (yet :)).

I have been shopping online for…
I have been shopping online for Christmas gifts and awaiting responses and tracking information but it seems across the board the responses are "shipping lable created, awaiting parcel" this was /is very frustrating when it has been over a week from ordering, so I began to cancel or try to cancel some thi gs, Freya order being one, I sent and email and within seconds they sent back estimated delivery and updates tracking, I couldn't e more pleased with their customer service!
