My 64 year old skin has never been this soft!

I am beginning to see an overall smoothness to my complexion. There have been a number of times I have left the house without any makeup at all because my face has a subtle glow to it. As for the company, the response to any questions is rapid and very helpful. I like how they check in to see if the products I've chosen are the right shades for me. Kudos to All!

I contacted Froya customer service and they couldn't have been more helpful. The turnaround time was excellent and they were an absolute delight to deal with. I have been using the Mature Women's System for 5 months now and I honestly will not use anything else on my skin! My adult acne is gone, as is the redness which has plagued me my entire life. My skin is so smooth and I have had multiple friends/family tell me my skin looks amazing. I have tried so many products and facials due to my skin sensitivities and they always end up we me getting terrible breakouts afterwards, but not anymore! The products smell and feel amazing on your skin. My puppy Diego loves them too, he is obsessed with licking my face when I apply them! Order: 370218 Bought this stuff after succumbing to social media onslaught of ads, thinking that genuinely natural products would be good for my ageing skin. Then I looked a little deeper at Trustpilot and Reddit threads and realised this company isn’t all it claims to be. I returned my unused and still originally packaged products with proof of postage for a refund under their stated 14 days return policy - which is also permitted under UK consumer rights. They received it more than 2 weeks ago and I’ve heard nothing about a refund and no replies to emails. I’ll be disputing that transaction and future subscription with my credit card company. Just be warned and consider the thousands of gushing reviews are probably bots. Just don’t waste your money!! Update 20/11/2025 - Froya got in contact after I gave a 1 star review. All of thr above experience still stands. However, they now claim to have ‘found’ the return that was ‘misplaced’ and guaranteed to refund my money. The updated rating is to credit the customer service rep who dealt with my complaint - finally and despite previous unanswered emails. It seems the company will only respond to negative trust pilot reviews and then expect you to update to 5 stars. So, 5 stars to the nice person who got in touch and sorted it out. I still can’t comment on the quality of the products as I never opened them. And I’d still urge caution if you decide to buy anything from this company. So, only a one star up-rate from my original one star for Froya overall.

I have to give Froya 5 stars. Even though the products didn’t agree with me (it happens!), my experience with their customer services team was impeccable. Quick to reply and fulfil their money back guarantee.

Just under two weeks into using the eye cream and my dark circles are looking a bit better. The minute I used the acne cream it instantly soothed the burning of the peri oral dermatitis rash on my face and has started to clear it a little. Thank you for making such amazingly healing products Froya
