I've been using Fulfillrite for somewhere around 6 months. I love the service, I have a manager that I can speak to directly with any problems. It's easy to ship with custom labels, or marketing sheets, or custom notes. In 6 months I haven't had any customers complain about the packaging, or products ruined (other than by the post office), or forgotten shipments not sent (big one for me). I trust them, and I would not change. As a matter of fact, I'm publishing another book, and they will handle that one as well.

I worked with the manager, Steve Schwab, for our Kickstarter U.S. fulfillment. He did an excellent job. His responses were lightning-fast, and he provided very helpful advice for our ground shipment from Canada to the U.S. We were in a difficult situation due to a sudden tariff issue, and he resolved it quickly and effectively. Communication with him was smooth and efficient—I didn’t need to ask many follow-up questions. Their web portal system is also very user-friendly and made the entire process easy. I will definitely use this company again. I highly recommend this company.
