It was a transparent experience. I sent in the required information. I received a written offer with all of the necessary details. I was cautioned that a missing filing with the Secretary of State could be a roadblock and how to correct that technical error.

My original review was 1 star. They (sales manager) immediately contacted me and addressed my concerns. He did so, professionally and completely. So I have changed my rating. The updated 4 stars (versus 5) is simply because they did initially assure me they would have a viable offer for me, and that did not come through. Still though, while they didn't earn my business, they did earn my respect, which is more important.
