Jennifer provided excellent customer service by continuously communicating with me throughout the ordering process. The urn I selected was beautiful and exactly what I wanted for my mother. I was on a time constraint and she helped me get it in time for the service. I appreciated her assistance!

Honestly, I was genuinely surprised by the quick delivery and the quality of the product. I was not in a frame of mind to be my usual careful self and just ordered something I hoped would work. When I received no tracking info from the business, I thought uh-oh, it's never going to come. But I was wrong! The bamboo scattering urns arrived in about a week. They were actual bamboo and much nicer in appearance and materials than the ones sold by the funeral home, and less expensive too!

The urns were very nice, even the funeral home said they didn't have anything as nice. They also arrived before the cremation was even finished.
