We are so sorry that you were unhappy with your purchase. You are correct that we do not carry all the products that an individual supplier may provide. Our product line is carefully curated and we select the items that we think are most suitable to our particular customers. Because some of the products we carry are made to order by third party artists, we do, as a matter of policy, offer a refund if there is a problem somewhere down the line. For the most part, this system has worked well, but we understand that in your particular case, this was not what you wanted. We hope that, in the end, the item you received helped you to create the type of memorial for your loved one that you had in mind. Once again, we apologize if this transaction made the process of losing a loved one more difficult. We try to help as much as we can but unfortunately you are correct about the varying rules from state-to-state. Handling so many details and paperwork is especially difficult when you are grieving. This one is of particular concern, however, because you provided these comments and requested a return which we accommodated. Shortly after, you ordered the exact same product directly from the manufacturer. Was there something different about that version of the product? Please provide us with more information so that we can make sure there are no similar problems in the future. It is never our intent that a customer be unhappy, especially with such an important purchase. We think that perhaps one of the reasons for the disconnect between your expectations and the actual product is that these urns are not intended to stand the test of time. Instead they are biodegradable and intended to degrade once they are placed in the ground. This particular product is also priced at a modest price point. Perhaps these things together combined for your bad experience.
