Text Placement
Two main things: 1) The placement of the text was lower than anticipated/pictured. In the product images, there are two lines of text, so I expected my one line of text to occupy the first line pictured. Instead, it seemed to be printed to appear on line 2, with line 1 left empty. The placement felt awkward. 2) Would have loved a box to come with the larger product; only the smaller heart had a box.

The urn I chose was pretty
The urn I chose was pretty, it was the fifty dollar engraved tag that I had an issue with. It is partially my fault if I didn't read the description correctly, I just saw the option for gold or silver and assumed it was a hard plate. Instead I got an engraved plastic sticker that refuses to stick to the urn I chose. It was a waste of fifty dollars and now my grandmoms urn doesn't have a name plate

Need to communicate with customers
There was no communication regarding time frame and only one container was sent for ash collection when I ordered two items. The end product had a noticeable difference in the ash distribution. One of them looked very good, and the other looked like it did not have enough ashes in it. At one point I called and left a message and never received a call back.

Material not helpful
Did not have anything I was looking for. I needed an intake questionaire to help me get information for the sermon part of the service, not demographic information. That is for the funeral directors. This was not at all a helpful resource for Pastors.

I had ordered a urn
I had ordered a urn . Approved the proof they sent me . Received it in the mail with the wrong information on it

The forms
I liked the idea of finding free forms. I was able to download the forms to a pdf folder, however I can not print them out and trying to read off my phone is too difficult. I really don't want to register and give out my personal information. I will need to do something else to get what I wanted. Thanks anyway. Susan

Poor language choices on What to Wear to a Funeral
I find the language on What to Wear to a Funeral to be misogynistic toward women. The language under What to Wear to a Funeral: Women boldly states, "Keep in mind that your goal is not to place the focus on you." This statement infers that women are incapable of deducing that fact. Especially when under the What to Wear to a Funeral: Men mentions a less offensive recommendation to "Select elements that are respectful and conservative and will not cause a distraction." The less offensive language could be applied to both genders versus using judgmental language in the first example.

You are absolutely right that being considerate in your attire choices applies to all genders.
