FunnelKitReviews of funnelkit.com

Great product that helped me increase sales. I used Funnelkit (FK) since 2019 and i love it. I have a woocomerce platform and this FK plugin gave me faster checkout, order bumps, OTO, CRM, automations, it has everything that boosts sales. And it works excelent as a plugin. WHen i had some questions or integration issues I wrote email tu FK support and they were very fast, very helpful so customer help is really good. That is what kept me buying FK because i could get help fast, to keep it working well. The pluging is really good, their FAQ and online manual on how to use it is clear. So overall i am very satisfied and I will keep using it.

FAST, RESPONSIVE, ACCURATE

I’m extremely happy with the support! The team is always very helpful, responds incredibly quickly, and has been able to assist me with every question or issue I’ve had. I really appreciate the fast, friendly, and professional service. Highly recommended!

Funnelkit and its team has been such a professional and helpful team. Especially Harish, the best support i have. Thank you Harish

Decent plugin but didn't quite meet our expectations. The screenshots on their site hinted at functionality that didn't exist, which meant we couldn't use it for our project, sadly.

Great team! Great support. Great product and use case. Nothing else to say. Our AOV has at least doubled since we started using FunnelKit (order bumps, upsells, carts, etc.).

FunnelKit has been a great addition to our WooCommerce store. The plugin is powerful, reliable, and offers a lot of useful features, but what really stands out is their customer support. Their support team is fast, professional, and genuinely helpful. They take the time to understand the issue and provide clear solutions instead of just sending generic answers. Whenever we have had a technical problem, they have been very responsive and have helped us get things working quickly. Highly recommended, especially if you run a WooCommerce store and value both functionality and excellent support.

I had a very positive experience with Harish Bajaj from FunnelKit's Customer Success team. Although my request fell outside their standard refund policy, Harish took the time to explain the situation clearly and professionally. He arranged a one-time exception, processed the refund promptly, and was transparent about the payment processing fees that could not be recovered. Throughout the conversation, he was polite, responsive, and helpful, making sure I understood every step of the process. It's always appreciated when customer support communicates with honesty and treats customers with respect. Thank you, Harish, for your assistance and excellent customer service.
