I had a rather difficult situation do to an error on my side, Tech Support was able to quickly resolve the issue, and remained in the chat until I verified the issue was resolved.

Had a few issues moving from my old account to this one. Mainly process issue and setting payment system. Sales and support guided me thru the setups, and we completed the necessary actions

I’m new to Fusion Arc, and ran into bandwidth issues. I upgraded to HyperHAVEN, and still ran into bandwidth issues. The response I got when asked to unlock my account so I can continue to build was completely unexpected, they informed me they had responded to many customer feedback responses, and made the plan unlimited! I have got nothing but good things to say about this hosting service. Their customer service by far outshines compared to other hosting services I’ve used. They have been very supportive, and quickly respond to support tickets I’ve submitted. Thanks Stephen Tyler Moonrock Marketing
