I received a stud extractor set. I tried the 6mm one, and the jaws did not grip the stud. I tried the 8mm one, same result. These tools just don’t work, period. I sent an email politely requesting assistance, and received no reply. I waited a few days, and sent another email, still no reply. Complete waste of money, and TERRIBLE customer service.

Hi Andrew, Thank you for your feedback. After reviewing our records, we were unable to find any emails from you regarding the issue with your stud extractor. Our system only shows your original order confirmation email. We apologize for any misunderstanding and regret that your emails didn’t reach us. One of our team members will reach out to you shortly to assist you further. Regarding the tool, with the FD-404M stud extractor, we’ve seen this before. The proper method is to insert the extractor into the stud or bolt and twist it slightly until the tool grabs the stud. Once it grabs, you can begin extracting the stud. We truly apologize for any inconvenience caused, as both customer service and product quality are very important to us. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we’ll be in touch soon.
