no returns and the item is really not at all true to size. customer service was fast but was just there to tell me i cant do anything Update: I see the response from the site in my comments and I just wanna say this jacket is not at all true to size and that is the issue I have with it. It is not something I can wear, but due to their policy I cannot return it. Seems to work out great for them, but not good for a customer.

Hi Jake, We allow returns on our items with the exception of custom size garments and clearance items. The jacket you purchased was a clearance item. This information was clearly stated on the product page as well as our return policy. In addition, we provide a size chart on our product pages that shows all of the finished measurements of each size we offer. We appologize that you are not satisfied with garment you purchased or our store policy. We do our very best to provide accurate images, discriptions and product information so our customers can make an educated choice for their needs.

Excellent quality and arrived when they said it would. I needed a blue shoes for my PATRIOTIC Red White and Blue Suite, to attend an award ceremony where my business won BEST FIREWORKS STORE IN THE REGION and I couldn't find any blue dress shoes especially sparkly ones and I needed them on short notice. Having the option to purchase RUSH FELIVERY SAVED THE DAY and the shoes matched my vest PERFECTLY thank you thank you thank you
