I had mistakenly ordered the item with a recurring 4 week delivery once I contacted the company and explained i did not require this; they very efficiently removed for me.

I had a query and decided to email customer services. I had a response within an hour from Mathilda, who answered my query immediately. Mathilda also followed up the next day to check i was happy that i was able to deal via a link. I have never had such excellent customer service from a company online. Thank you Mathilda your an asset to the company.

First order took over 4 weeks to be delivered. They took payment for another bottle in early August as they claimed I had subscribed, I had not even received first bottle. 6 weeks later still waiting for second bottle. They say they are looking into. In my experience this is a dishonest company. And their product is thick, sticky and does not absorb into skin , it just sits on top of skin and feels sticky.
