Cellu responded to my loss. Many would just ignore it. I consider cellu a very reputable company.

They sent me exactly what I ordered and haven’t pressured me to sign up for a subscription. So far, I really like the product. It has only been two weeks. It is very moisturizing without leaving a sticky feel.

I get very fast service from Cellu.

Fast return response!! Very helpful. So important. Sometimes you don’t hear back for days.

They cancelled order as soon as I requested and have advised I will be refunded within the next few days..thank you

Mathilda took such great care of my concern. She explained what I needed to do and even followed up to see if everything was taken care of. She went above and beyond!

It’s thick, almost castor oil feel, but goes on smoother. Using it daily after shower. My skin just soaks it up and thus far looking good. Especially on the arm crepe “creeping” up!!!
