I have followed the instructions in the video before you sent it (have tried this over 6 times) before I sent submitted the issues. I followed it 2 more times this each night since receiving the email. I would uninstall and reinstall if I could find my code.

Me studying a different way. By making examples like the instructor said to do in the videos before taking the exam. I was able to improve my score greatly. The testing was on point with the tutorial. The exam questions were clear.

Very slow to react and some parts disappeared randomly for no reason

I was sent the wrong instructions for how to log into my exam, and the exam proctor called me and told me I didn't know how to follow directions and was extremely rude to me. I asked if she could be more professional about it and she (the CUSTOMER SERVICE rep) exploded on me (THE CUSTOMER). I have never had such a poor experience where I was treated so poorly.
