Testing software would not work on a Mac. Support staff was very helpful, but the final option was to ask if I had a PC available to use instead. I had not prepared for the test on a PC, so it made the test more difficult.

Although it's our goal to provide you with a seamless exam session, some test candidates may not be able to test using this solution -- conflicts with the bios of your computer and the secure lockdown browser; your operating system; personal internet restrictions; firewalls; VPNs; and the list goes on. Our support team helps to identify why you cannot connect, however, we cannot provide full on technical support to make your computer compatible to Certiport's system -- which are all PC-based computers. This is why you were asked to switch to a different computer, if one was available. If you plan to retake your exam, perhaps testing at a physical test center would be a better option. We apologize for the issue you experienced.
