I was upfront with the Representative about the Hazardous Waste that needed to be picked up. I sent pictures and I specifically stated we needed extra Drums to be able to transfer diesel into drums for transport ( I provided this to both companies) And I was told this would be done and a driver would consolidate everything. It didn’t happen and the Contractor Dimensions since out work to didn’t do the pick up se I requested. My company is now being charged extra for return pickup and transfer of diesel into Proper Drums for shipment. Representative/ is now saying I never mentioned the extra drums and that the diesel needed to be consolidated into proper Drums for shipping.

It took 2 months to get rid of the oil barrels. Appointments were made and no one showed up to remove the oil. Another driver came but had no was to load the oil into his truck. I had to move the oil off the property. After that they finally had a competent carrier company come load the oil who had special equipment and tools to move the oil barrels. I do not recommend this company.

It took more that 2 moth they come to pick up our matter and when I tried to contact them by phone or email they never reply to me.

Never received the certificate of destruction. Paid over $9,000.00 to get the property properly disposed of and supply the certificate of destruction. It’s been over 6 months and nothing. I used Dimension before and had good service and a certificate of destruction to finalize business. Hope to see it soon

Let me be very clear about what happened here, because the public — especially other small business owners — needs to know. We performed contracted services for Dimensions. We showed up, we did the work, and we invoiced them. What happened next is a textbook example of how a company can completely take advantage of small businesses that don't have the legal firepower to fight back. Here's the timeline: We completed the job and submitted the invoice. ✅ We followed up. They said "it'll be a couple of days." We waited. 🕐 We followed up again. Now it's "a couple of weeks." Still waiting. 🕐🕐 We followed up again. Now they need "a couple of months." Still nothing. 🕐🕐🕐 We tried to follow up again — and now we can't even reach anyone. They've gone completely dark. 🚫 That is not a billing delay. That is a company deliberately running out the clock on small vendors hoping you'll either give up or disappear. We are a family-owned business. Every dollar we earn goes directly back into our crew, our equipment, and our families. When a company like Dimensions pulls this, it doesn't just hurt our bottom line — it threatens the livelihoods of the people who work for us. This is predatory behavior toward small businesses. Full stop. To Dimensions: You received our services. You owe us for those services. The fact that you are now unreachable is not an accident — it is a choice. And we will continue to make that choice very, very public. To other small businesses and vendors: Do NOT work with Dimensions without getting full payment upfront or a signed contract with clearly enforceable payment terms. Better yet — don't work with them at all. This company does not honor their obligations and they will waste your time, string you along, and ghost you when it's convenient for them. We have documentation of every attempt to contact them. This review is just the beginning.

I would give zero stars if I could. I had a date and time scheduled for my mattress pickup; Friday at 10am. I live in a studio, so did not put my mattress out until just before 10am. By noon no one had arrived. I messaged the service and was told it would be taken care of. At 3:15pm I messaged again and was told there was an emergency and my mattress would not be picked up that day. I could not bring my mattress back inside as I no longer had room for it. I was told someone message me to reschedule-that was not true, nobody contacted me to reschedule. I was then told it would be picked up the following day, between 2-3pm. I was not picked up the following day, and no one contacted me, even though I had received notification that it was assigned to someone. The mattress was finally picked up on Monday, after 12:00pm. Horrible experience. Why assign dates and time if you’re not going to adhere to them?

Horrible communication, poor scheduling ability and charged me triple what a local company can do for you!
