Technical support is outstanding. I experienced a strange problem with one of my sensors/sensor locations. The support contact person called in the tech guys and they came up with a solution and took the trouble to explain it to me. It all happened in a timely manner and overall the communication, back and forth, was easy and pleasant.

Simple as can be, with just the right stuff. Provides monitoring and alerts when you can be there or when you are there and would rather not watch paint dry.

Finally, got some resolution on our bridge issue. With the many emails a response was overlooked and got resolved immediately. Dee was wonderful enough to follow up since I haven't replied back. Thanks for that.

I reached out to customer service to request a replacement for 2 sensors and received no response. I tried to troubleshoot the annoying issue of receiving notifications that my door is open when it’s not. There seems to be a malfunction or a glitch in your sensors. I received these sensors as a promotion for free with my home insurance and I have to say the experience is not great. The troubleshooting did not work and no assistance
