The support team is extremely responsive and accommodating where they can. I made a suggestion and within minutes it was implemented for me. They are always quick to respond and happy to help. Brett and jack is also my favorite representative. They are always quick to respond and very helpful.

It was a very nice app that every Property Manager would want to use. It's very handy as well. It is normal to experience tech issues but the great thing is that they have a very accommodating and helpful customer service people who are ready to be of any assistance, especially, Jack. Thanks!
