My experience with RentCheck has been very positive. The platform makes inspections much easier to manage. I would especially like to recognize the Human Agents team, specially Tanajah, who has been amazing. She is always quick to respond and goes above and beyond to help, regardless of how complex the issue is. Her support is truly appreciated!

I don't typically write reviews, but I wanted to share my experience with Josselyn and the RentCheck App, as it was truly exceptional. We encountered an issue on our end while using the app, and I had the pleasure of speaking with Josselyn for assistance. I was immediately impressed by her attentiveness, patience, and kindness. Her communication skills are excellent, which is so important in this line of work. Josselyn expertly guided me through the solution and efficiently resolved the problem. Thanks to her help, everything is now working smoothly. Josselyn, thank you so much for your outstanding support! Sincerely, Daniel

Josslyn was very helpful. We worked through my question (which was involved) quickly and efficiently. I don't like tying the tech support's time with trivial questions. I have always been pleased with RentCheck's suport
