My car was delivered with a check engine light which the tech cleared and told me to call back if it comes back on. It came back on about 1 week later and I am now without a car. My car is in the shop and they are trying to figure out what the issue is. They have offered to reimburse if I do need to rent a car. I was also given an extra set of keys for a remote start upon delivery which did not work. I was instructed to call mazda support to figure out if the keys belonged to the car. I sat on hold for over 40 minutes just to be told that those keys did not in fact belong to that car. So far it has not been a smooth car buying experience. I've always bought from dealerships in the past and the car buying experience was much less problematic.

I would definitely recommend Gettacar. They’re amazing, flawless experience, no haggling, everything is transparent. Truly a remarkable car buying experience, not going back to dealer anymore. Kudos to Terri Garcia, my customer advisor really did a great job helping me lowered my APR, the best. And Thomas, the delivery driver, he really took his time explaining and checking the car for me. Definitely buying my Honda Pilot very soon from them. Thanks for everything!!!
