Everything went very smoothly until the car arrived... The paintwork was super beat-up, so many dings and scratches that weren't disclosed or visible in the online photos. One side had been keyed and the interior was also really battered. I guess I should have been suspicious of why there were no interior photos on the listing. I refused to accept the car and now I'm still waiting for my $5000 down payment to be refunded.

Hi Hannah, we are sorry to hear our vehicle didn't meet your expectations. We certainly do our best to ensure the highest quality of used vehicles. We do hotspot minor imperfections for cars on our website and provide 25-30 pictures including interior (which are typically pictured in slots 12-15). We've reviewed the refund which was issued on 9/1 so please expect that back in 3-5 business days from that issuance date. We do appreciate you giving gettacar a chance and should you still be in the market we'd love another shot.

Love the car but felt that the service could have been better. Lots of confusion regarding immediate repairs that needed to be done. Transfer of title from old car completely BOTCHED. After waiting more than 60 days, I received a new tag instead of the registration to transfer my tag resulting in more cost to get the situation rectified.

Tried reach out to get information on a car Took over 3 days to get a reply After reading the reviews about poor customer service. I canned my mind about them. If you are having problems before you buy the car , imagine the device afterwards I think I saved my self a lot of headaches

Got my car delivered last week. The process was very smooth. I decided to buy the car on Friday and the car delivered on Tuesday. My contact Cat was very helpful and accommodating. I scheduled a mechanic to check the car during the delivery and intended to do that before I hand over my check. To save their hassle to come back to pickup the car and mine to get money back if it doesn’t check out. However the big boss for delivery did not allow that. Though Cat was trying to make it happen. I ended up paid first and had my mechanic checked the car right after. All is good. I am a happy owner. A shoutout for Cat and Mitch the delivery gentleman.
