I do not remember using Trustpilot, but I am sure it was a decent experience. I apologize if I am not much help.

The app is easy to use one you learn everything. The only thing that gets confusing is when you have an “ unlimited” membership. When you go to sign up for a class, you still have to purchase blocks, and go through the entire purchase process. That was very confusing at first. I’m not sure if it’s the way the app is designed, or if it’s the way Atlet set everything up. Either way, once you figure it out, it’s easier to use, but the learning process is a little confusing. All in all, I like how easy it is to search for classes and see what all you have signed up for. The flow is really nice.
