Raine was very very helpful and patient. She made me feel like I was apart of the team! With sending pictures, investigating! We tackled the problem and solved it without the technician having to come out. She showed amazing problem solving skills and gentle tone was very important when you’re stressed about the problem as the customer. Haven’t had customer service like this in a long time.

Xeiber ran new lines through my yard. I patiently waited several months to have yard repaired. They came out and tossed hay over the deep ruts. They did nothing to level the problem at all.
