Good
Benjamin was very helpful and enthusiastic with answering my questions on the chat service to help me use my WiFi when I had to connect the cords to the routers.

Previous tenants didn’t leave the wifi…
Previous tenants didn’t leave the wifi password and it needed to be reset! The help was super quick and super friendly!

Benjamin was very professional and helpful I call about my internet that was out in my bedroom for 2 weeks and the problem was solve less than 30mins
