Please do not be misled by the fake 5-star ratings for this company. This company has caused me an my family so much anguish since I joined. They promised me everything under the sun for my book when I started last summer, and immediately, I could tell the company I picked was a bad choice. My caller was changed so often. They kept trying to sell me stuff. And soon enough, I couldn’t reach anybody. Not even the main number on their website works for me anymore. They said they’d give me a partial refund due to my dissatisfaction and the services not provided to me, but I have yet to receive it, and I am unable to get through to anyone. They keep telling me I’ll get a call back, but I never do. Please, pay for a vacation instead of suffering through these people. Pay for a new dog, yoga lessons, or a weighted blanket. Do not be misled by what they claim they can do, as working with this company on my first book has been nothing but a stressful and frustrating experience. I'm still waiting for that refund, but I'm pretty confident that day will never come.

Never use the services from them! They will scam you. You will pay triple the rate for everything and never get any sales. All the marketing is a fake with a fake followers. They never refund you because the warranty they are giving is a lie. They ask you to wait 6 months on purpose and saying you’ll get a traffic but in real it’s exactly the time the bank can’t dispute your claim anymore. I lost $6500k and didn’t get any single sale and employees are constantly changing and leaving because of this.

I signed a contract with them in December 2024 and provided 50 pages of my text for editing. They promised to edit and add another 200 pages. But in half a year, only one chapter. This company is built on lies and deceit. Its representatives are professional liars and cheaters. Nothing they promise comes true. One representative replaces another, new promises, new explanations why they cannot fulfill their obligations, but again everything ends in deception. It all comes down to the fact that they do not have any professional proofreaders or editors. They simply use artificial intelligence and deliberately deceive clients. In seven months of work, only one chapter was edited using artificial intelligence. The quality is very mediocre. When I asked to terminate the contract and return the money, they agreed, although they persuaded me to stay and wait for quite a long time. But after that, they never returned the money in full. They do not respond to letters. Beware and run away!

5 stars is sometimes, just not enough, this is one of those times. I've had a story banging about inside my brain for decades. I decided that a team approach through a mentoring publishing company would be ideal (keep me from procrastinating). Boy was I right. Anna Jones is my production manager and has been awesome. Never nagging,but ever present to encourage and add experienced wisdom for my benefit.

They seem to have a good innate ability to understand what I want my writing to feel like. They get things done when they say they will, as well. I certainly hope to use their collaborative skills in the near future once again

I asked them to improve the level of English used in my fantasy book and they know the right set of adjectives and verbs. You guys must have a dictionary for breakfast.
