Complete scam - I sent a brand new iphone 11 pro (~$800) and they sent a video claiming there was no phone inside, however the box had already been opened before the view started.

The process was simple and straightforward. Apple store said I might get $70. Gizmogo offered $78. They sent me a label, evaluated my iPhone 7, and voila! The money was in my PayPal Account!

The process was user friendly. I chose to send my old IPad by FedEx. When I printed out the label, I failed to notice my return address was missing. The very helpful FedEx person used my Gizmogo email label and printed out a screenshot photo to make a label. A comment was made that my box felt flimsy, so I purchased a tablet box from FedEx for $12.95. The money made from Gizmogo was $8.45. I took a loss on this process, but I’ll know better next time.

Ok so this has been a bit of a rollercoaster. Their customer service rep reached out to me and put me at ease. One thing I must say is that Gizmogo has come a long way with their customer service. I seriously can’t praise them enough.
