First frames order was a great experience but second frames been backordered over a month. I don't believe I will be ordering again. I ask for a different color and they say there will be further delays hell I doubt that can't delay anymore then I have already had to wait. been at least 30 days now. Sure wish I would have read these reviews.

Terrible company! Worst I have ever experienced! Paid extra on july 19th to order and have glasses shipped in 3-5 days. July 26th i realize there is an email saying they dont provide progresdive lenses, so do i want distance only or just frames. My husbands prescription clearly stated ok to do distance only which is why I o provided the script pic. July 27th i get a message that the order is at the lab. They will rush it when they ship by end of next week. July 29th they tell me they will be shipping priority and to watch for tracking email. Aug 4 & Aug 7th i rmail them complaining ive received no email, no glasses, im upset, he needs them. I get no response. Aug 8th i receive an email stating the first lenses were deemed unacceptable and have to be redone, they are refunding my 4.95 shipping and will ship priority free when they ship. Aug 14th i call and tell them i am done waiting. Its been nearly a month. My husband cant see. They offer $20 refund and they should have them shipped by endnof week. No way. We cancelled the order. Will be worth it to pay double anywhere else. Ridiculous....dont order from them!!! Scam for sure...cant believe they actually agreed to refund, we will see if we actually get the money!

I had a good experience with Glasses On Web. As others have mentioned, there was a delay because my frame wasn't in stock. I ordered my glasses July 1 and received them July 25. However, I received the wrong size frame (on July 9 I had changed the size I wanted and this was acknowledged on July 10). Because it was their fault, they sent me a free return label. I returned the glasses on July 30 and got the new ones on August 7. The glasses are perfect (single vision lenses). Note that their return policy specifies that there is a 15% restocking fee for return of frames and prescription lenses are not refundable. This may not be for everyone, but it worked for me.

My order was out of stock after I ordered them. I didn't actually receive my item for 4 weeks. Then when I wanted to return them I was told I have to ship them back myself, then they deduct $10 for reason, 15% for no reason, and the lenses are non refundable. That leaves me with a 50% refund... and for what? Why? I would have felt better if they just would have said No Returns. It's like they are purposely trying to give you the worst possible experience.

I wished I read the review before order from this seller. I order on 04-10-19 with extra 2-5 days shipment $4.95 and payment was clear on 04-11-19. On 04-16-19 I receive the email said my order has been shipped from New York. But today Apr 22 do not receive my order.

Dear Loc Tuong, we apologize for your unpleasant experience with our website. Unfortunately, some things are out of our control. In your case there were two circumstances that caused this abnormal delay. First, the product you ordered was on backorder with supplier and took longer to receive it from the manufacturer. Once the product was shipped with USPS on April 16, the package was in Boston distribution facility on April 18. For some unknown reason the package was re-routed to Coppell TX distribution facility and returned to Boston distribution facility on April 24. According to USPS tracking number the package was delivered to you on April 24, 2019. We hope you can understand that in this situation there was not much we could do to rectify or speed up the shipping process. Once again, we apologize for your bad experience and hope you will enjoy your new eyeglasses.

Glassesonweb is the worst company for buying prescription eye glasses. Their refund policy is a joke and they misled me on what type of prescription glasses they can provide. TERRIBLE COMPANY.

Nightmare! Order glasses, contact number no answer, chat no answer, read fine line and they give you a very hard to time for returns n exchanges. 15%restock fee!

I was very skeptical at first but read on their website that the glasses come with a certificate of authenticity so I thought I'd give it a try. The glasses I bought were Versace's because they only cost $147, but at my eyeglass place, they were $430...which I refuse to pay. Anyway, I ordered the glasses through my PayPal account in case I had any problems. They took the money out right away, but a couple days later they told me the glasses were on backorder for about 10-15 days. I didn't mind because I wasn't in any hurry to get them since I ordered them in plain glass, of which I am planning on taking them to Costco to have the prescription filled anyway. So, I received them within 7 days in perfect condition, with a certificate of authenticity and a receipt that I can submit to my insurance company for reimbursement. I am completely satisfied and will definitely order from them again! For those of you who don't understand how these things work. I use to have an event planning business where we would order designer gowns at a discounted price. It would take us some time to get these gowns in because designers would naturally fill orders from companies offering full price. So don't be so quick to bash a company because it takes time to receive the merchandise that you get a discount.
