Wish I would have checked reviews here before purchasing. I accidentally ordered the wrong color frames. They refused to accept a return because I had lost the flimsy plastic envelope that the frames came in. I won’t be doing business with this company, nor do I recommend anybody else to.

Absolute garbage, glasses arrived with a cracked frame. They refused to replace stating that they were thoroughly inspected and documented before shipping. I think that's untrue. I didn't make there measly 3 day return window as I was out of country before I could see them. I sent photos of the UNUSED product, they couldn't even offer a replacement frame. I'm not sure as to the quality of these glasses I will take them to a ralph lauren outlet to see if they are indeed genuine. Needless to say do not trust this company, also be prepared for a long ship time.

I came on here after purchasing to see all the horrible reviews. I just received my glasses from glassesonweb.ca and my goodness do they look good and exactly the same pair I saw at the store, if I need another pair in the future. I will be coming right back to glassesonweb.ca. Amazing!

I bought a frame. They sent a frame with chips and cracks in the paint. They will not issue an RA number. Everytime I send them the information they ask for, they ask for the same information again. I threw the frame away. I am thinking about closing my credit card and having it reissued because I think this company is collecting credit card numbers. Just a very bad feeling.

After ordering glasses and them not arriving, customer service never returned my inquiries. Then they sent rude emails and threatened to send my account to collections. Absolutely horrible customer service

Very bad customer service. After you have paid, no one will reply and you will have to send inquiry emails every single day. No tracking number and no status of your order.

Only buy frames if you are 100% sure you want them. Otherwise instant 15% restocking fee + return shipping charge. Weird policy of emailing for a refund as well

Will never use them again...about 2 months later lenses started cracking which apparently aren't a defect and aren't covered under warranty...It's cheap for a reason. Lenses break as well as it taking a month to receive the glasses. Atrocious customer service. If you want to deal with all of that and end up paying more go ahead!
