False advertisement. The stick they sell to cover up grey hair is slimy and messy. It never dries and is all over your hands and the person you hug or get really close to. The ad is used mostly on Asian hair, and there is probably a reason why. Don't buy the product!!!! Then they add on products to your order without telling you. You try to return and they do not allow you to!

These guys continued to take a subscription from me 6 years after apparently signing up for it despite not using the app during this time. No meaningful goodwill refund gesture, just one month. Despite trying to explain all this they wouldn't listen. They will take you money and not return it - warning!

Scam their way into getting you to subscriptions. Never refunded me. Still keep emailing still thye have no option to unsubscribe from their emails

This "live" yoga class site has removed all live classes and refuses to give me a refund.

Jadna firma. Neozbiljna i krajnje neprofesionalna. Ne preporučujem nikome njihove uredjaje!

Misleading advertising which implies low monthly payments. Once I had started signing up I could see the low cost was for one off annual payment only. Tried to retrack and deleted the app. The company still took over £240 out in one go. I contacted them for a refund and they have refused to refund. When I explained that the advert was misleading they asked me to provide a screenshot as proof. Very dodgy company. Wish I had seen these reviews before hand.

Unfortunate that the customer service is rigid and heartless. Tried to get a refund after the $245 charged (yes they sent an email reminder 2 months in advance), but it slipped my mind a simple mistake that should be forgiven at least for a partial or monthly refund. In this day and age, subscriptions are everywhere and keeping track of them isn't easy. Many companies are understanding of this and providing refunds without question, which will keep me coming back when I'm good and ready! Now, I'm forever boycotting and spreading the word about this predatory company called GLO!
