I like the product and the price. Waiting for the cable was way longer than the 7 to 10 days to process plus shipping time. I emailed and called to try to get them to keep their word. I was afraid I had been scammed by the company when it finally showed up. With a time sensitive job I would suggest ordering well in advance to keep the anxiety level down.

Was hoping to start using Global as our supplier for conductors. Ordered #2224 URD cable but after ordering never heard back on status or shipping. After 14 days I had to cancel. Got refund quickly. Global has great prices but there is something off with their shipping dept.

First time went well, it was small awg and short length, fairly fast delivery and great price. Second order was a big one, 300+ ft of 4/0 x4 and it took exactly 19 days to just ship out, and I received it after 26 days. Most disappointing thing was never once did I receive any update without me calling first. Between the website, confirmation email, and customer service, I heard 1-2, 3-5, 5-7 business days were all mentioned in conversation, none of these were met. They should really be more clear about how long it can actually take and upfront about delays. Their pricing is great, quality is fine, but don’t be in a hurry! Wait till you get the cable to start the job.

The product was just what I ordered. I’m just not happy about the wait time for processing the order. 5-7 days is a long time. I have another order and I have to wait on it also. I placed this order last Wednesday and it still has not been fulfilled.

Good product when it finally arrived, but very slow processing. First wire ordered, second to last to arrive. Pricing was decent but speed will limit when its an option.

I decided on global for their 2 day shipping. It turned into a week before it shipped. I was told the shipping company failed to pick it up three times. Seems a little off to me. Then they told me the order would arrive the same week it shipped. It did not. Arrived wed the next week. Just too many variables to depend on for something fast. The rep Was friendly and called me back to check on this once i called in and was apologetic. So part shipping company and part global wire.
