I was initially hesitant to buy this device, as it seemed too good to be true! I did some research and decided to go for it. And I am pleased to report that I am very happy that I did. Bought it to keep in my Campervan when away (mainly UK) so didn’t get to use it until recently in rural Snowdonia. As expected none of our party had mobile signal -but this little router came up trumps. My friend was able to attend to her work emails where we were camped, saving a drive to find signal/wifi. After an initial charge when I received it in May, the battery was still fully charged in mid August when I needed to use it which is important. As I won’t be using it day to day I love the fact that my 2gb a month can build up and won’t expire like some mobile data packages. When I need to buy data the prices seem very reasonable too. I’m not very techy so exchanged a few emails with customer service re initial setup, they were very helpful and always answered quickly. I don’t always write reviews -but felt I should as I had relied on reviews to make my decision to buy- and can only say if you are hesitant just go ahead and buy one/ you won’t be disappointed!

The product and service is exactly as advertised, no tricks or gimmicks. The customer service is quick and very helpful. The data plans/transfers are essy to understand and use. Zero complaints.

I bought my Globlinker for a number of reasons. Primarily I purchase a Globlinker for our Motorhome, for travels in the UK and abroad. Quite often we reach a campsite that has poor mobile phone reception and a poor WiFi setup. We only recieved our Globlinker in early August and I wanted to test it abroad in the EU (Italy). As we booked a family holiday earlier I the year. I took our Globlinker with us to test its ability. I was amazed that even in remote places it managed to find a strong and stable 4g signal. Which helped us with the navigation in hire car’s using Google mapping. Although the villa we stayed at had WiFi, outside in the pool area the signal was poor. I switched on Globlinker and we had a great 4g signal. Ideal for music streaming from our phones. So the next test will be when we go away in our Motorhome in the UK, but I sure the results will be good when we need a good WiFi signal. The device itself is small and compact with a very good battery life and if you have any problems the customer service teams are ready to help and respond very quickly.

Had to wait almost month before I managed to get a full refund due to shipping problems! It was very frustrating as we had planned to take the device on a working holiday to a area that had bad signal. However I was finally contacted and sorted out via the customer service manager. I haven't as yet managed to use the device in poor signal areas but will update on TripAdvisor when I manage to use the device to it's full capabilities.

Arrived very quickly. Excellent customer service from the Globlinker team. It’s very easy to use and gives me an instant WiFi connection when i land abroad. I’m really happy with my purchase.

Globlinker WiFi services have been easy and reliable. So far we have used it in Iceland and Morocco and are banking up hours for our next vacation.

My experience so far has been excellent in terms of both coverage and service. I encountered a minor problem with registration and the free lifetime data, but the helpful agents quickly resolved it. They were very prompt in responding to emails and questions. I strongly recommend this service!
