GlocusentReviews of glocusent.com

This was a gift to you, Glowie

Compared many everyhwere: Thomann, Amazon, ebay, even AliExpress and finally, after checking many evenings, chose the new stand light from Glocusent. Well *bummer* out of stock :( Nooooooo ;D Contacted support... Most companies would say wait until... not so here, they managed to get me two in a very short time. THANKS! <3 PS: And, yes!, it is as awesome as advertised so far. As a technical person I am very curious how long the batteries will last...

Delivery took a little longer than I'd hoped, but the light is fantastic and works very well.

this reading light is probably the best purchase that i’ve ever made. it’s just so useful and comfortable

Quick no hassle shipping

Found what I needed easily on the website. Fair price for product and shipping. Arrived quickly

I initially purchased a mini book reading light and whilst it was of excellent quality it turned out not to be suitable for me so it was returned. I subsequently received an email from Glocusent asking why it wasn't suitable which was because I didn't like it clipped to the book and it wasn't bright enough when clipped to the head board. At that same time I expressed my interest in the upgraded neck reading light and to my surprise I was offered that product free and it arrived just 2 days later!" The upgraded neck reading light is excellent and perfect for my requirements; it is very comfortable to wear and with 3 colour options and 3 brightness levels it should be suitable for most situations. The customer service provided by Lulu Peng was exceptional and far above and beyond my expectatons and I wouldn't hesitate in buying Glocusent products in the future.

Working with your team is exactly what successful business means to me. Your dedication, and concern for your customers. I will highly recommend Glucosent in the near future.
