I had problems after purchase, but reached out over email. It took a few emails back and forth but all was fixed. The team is very helpful and responsive to feed back. They responded quickly and kindly even when I got frustrated.

Prettig in gebruik. Je kan alles doen terwijl je hem draagt. Fijn dat het maar 20 minuten per dag nodig is. Geeft energie en helpt bij een herfst/winter dip. Snel bezorgd. De klantenservice is ook vriendelijk en effectief. Zeker een aanrader.

Alex in customer service was great! I ended up purchasing a replacement for my unit that broke and it’s a little different from my original but works great! It really helps me get my sleep schedule back on track! Love AYO!
