My experience with trying to return an itm has proven to be confusing,time consuming and.. frustrating.. And it is not yet done. I started on Oct. 12 or 14 . The package was delivered to UPS on Oct.15 for delivery to your requested address in Los Angeles for Oct .20.

No instructions, star tip screws that are difficult to screw in and color was not as pictured. Delivery time was wmuch too long !!!!

The order from GOBEKUSA was shiped from My Boxio. 1 of 3 items was opened used and resealed brfore being shipped to me. I assume a used return. I have had this issue in the past with My Boxio Inc. They don't seem to mind sending customers used product. This is of great concern because one must ask was this used return Boxio Solo used as is or for a toilet?

Holes were not pre drilled for rear frame !!! Some pieces of frame were bent making it hard for a good seal definitely disappointed..

Both dressers arrived broken, the first had a leg broken off and the second had a portion of the back wood broken off. My husband fixed these issues, but they're both not very sturdy. Also, these took hours and hours to build...way more labor than we have ever experienced in building similar products. Also, quality is just not great, despite the dressers being solid wood, which is surprising.
