More gold than bronze
Ordering was great. Shipped fast. Arrived as expected. Instructions were well-written. The only issue is that the product is more gold than it is bronze. Bummer.

Thank you for your kind feedback—we’re glad to hear that your ordering experience, shipping, and instructions met your expectations. We’re sorry to hear that the color of the product did not fully match what you were expecting. 1st invoice price might just be a negotiating point
Product was top quality. Local warehouse availability was a huge plus. I placed the order online. After the transaction went through, I was contacted and told that I needed to pay $50 more because not all of my small order was available locally. They would cover half that. So I authorized that and paid the new invoice. Magically the order was available for pickup the next day, I guess the shipping to my local warehouse was unbelievably fast? Still probably the best price around, so 3 stars. But it sure felt like a bait and switch.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you found the product to be of top quality and appreciated the local warehouse availability. However, we deeply regret that the additional transfer fee gave you the impression of a bait and switch, as this was never our intention. To provide some context, our inventory updates are based on information we receive from our supply partner, MSI, and stock availability can change rapidly. When an item is not immediately available at the local warehouse, a transfer fee is necessary to cover the costs of bringing it in. To minimize inconvenience for our customers, we often absorb half of this fee whenever possible. We understand how this situation may have been frustrating and appreciate your patience in resolving it. Your feedback is invaluable, and we will continue working to improve the transparency and efficiency of our processes to enhance your experience in the future. Thank you again for your honest review, and we hope to have the opportunity to serve you better next time. Best regards,

I pay you listen
I paid for my item to come at a certain time and still had to wait longer for it to come in as if I didn’t make a purchase

Beautiful product with some issues.
Had some issues with customer service and how things were packed, but they were mostly resolved. I’ll give them another chance.
