Constant Non-Crediting Surveys
I will give 2 stars instead of 1 because I appreciate the fast payouts and option for direct deposit to my bank account. However, this place drives me absolutely nuts! At least every 5-8 surveys (that is, if I even get in without a "survey is full" message), I complete the whole thing only for it not to credit properly at the end. I then have to waste my time contacting support to get the proper credit. I've always gotten it, but it's several days later and the surveys that should have counted have prevented me from getting a weekly bonus more than once. No idea how this place has such high ratings on other sites. It is a massive headache and I will be done if I can ever get to cashout.
