Dear Mauricio,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re truly glad to hear that our drivers were punctual, communicative, and performed well during your trip — and we appreciate you recognizing those efforts.
We also want to respectfully address the points you raised regarding vehicle category and driver presentation.
🚗 Vehicle Category Clarification
The vehicle dispatched for your service was a Minivan, which falls within the same Premium SUV pricing tier offered on our website. While the illustrative photo at the time of booking may show a specific SUV model, we clarify that the image is representative of the service category, not a guarantee of a specific make or model.
We understand expectations can vary, and if you were seeking a Large SUV Premium experience with a specific vehicle type, this option is indeed available on our platform with a slightly higher rate, and we would have been happy to accommodate that request if selected at the time of booking.
👔 Driver Appearance
All our drivers are vetted professionals and trained to deliver the highest standards of safety, punctuality, and customer service. While attire may vary depending on operational conditions (especially for early morning or extended shifts), we do expect a clean and presentable appearance and will reinforce this standard internally based on your comments.
💬 Regarding “Bait-and-Switch”
We’re truly sorry that you felt the experience didn’t reflect what was advertised. Please allow us to reassure you that FastPass has always operated with transparency and fixed pricing, with no hidden fees or surprises. All service category details are clearly explained during the booking process, including what is included and what may vary based on availability.
⸻
We appreciate your feedback and will use it to continue refining our services. Should you give us another opportunity in the future, we’d be happy to ensure your expectations are met with even greater precision.
Warm regards,
Customer Relations Team
