Our cancellation policy is crystal clear, and we have it in place for a reason. We are known for processing orders faster than anybody, which means when we receive an order, we begin processing right away. For this reason, we have a clear no cancellation policy. You can't order without actively confirming and agreeing to this policy, so it's not like we hide it or anything like that. We also do not offer phone support, but we are very, very responsive by email. And we are always reasonable, and willing to help and listen to unique situations. However, we do not make exceptions for people (as in this case), who stamp their feet and scream like a baby in an attempt to get what they want. Making exceptions for people just because they are difficult goes against our morals and values. We don't care for selfish, unreasonable, difficult people. On the other hand, we are always here to help those who are not that way. We hope that this individual never visits our website again. And we are excited to help everyone who does not share this individual's unreasonable and difficult tendencies.
