GoGo Meds got me my medicine just in time. I forgot to order until I was almost out. They still got my meds to me in time.

When I first signed-up for GoGoMeds, I really appreciated their pricing, shipping and customer service. However, over the past year or so, I have noticed that orders are either missed, are incorrect, is priced higher than competitors and shipping is delayed, even though I actually live very close to its HQ. Perhaps it's COVID. Recently, I received several texts and phone calls about a reorder which was not checked in my profile. I responded back to one of the texts and still received several more phone calls and texts. This was very annoying. I also just noticed that the order I just placed for 2 of my Rx refills, are actually more expensive than if I got them at Kroger using Good Rx and I could have picked them up by now. I just checked on my order and it has been "completed" but not even shipped yet. I am not sure if I will continue to use GoGoMeds in the future.

Dear Brian, We will follow up. The texts and emails are supposed to be helpful, not annoying. Sorry about the delay. Thanks Ron

I placed my order on Dec.5 and it was not delivered until Dec. 19, but I was not home so I filled out the package slip with my signature for delivery and have still not received my medication (it is now12/25/20). It should not be this complicated.

Dear Margaret, It isn’t complicated - USPS took 15-30 days to deliver some packages in the Nov-Dec time frame. They blamed Covid. Sorry for the delay. Thanks Ron RPh

Great service, great price, great website

Dear SS, Thanks for your great review! When we have the prescription from your physician, as in your case, the wait time is decreased dramatically. We try to have the best price possible as you noticed. Thanks Ron RPh
Unhappy
This GoGoMeds site is one of the least intuitive sites I can remember. Further there is NO explaination in the site of what information is required, by GOGoMeds in order for a prescription to be filled and there is NO 'site search' by GoGoMeds to see if a registered person/patient might also have a prescription sent by a provider but that someseemingly non-essential item of information from the provider doesn't quite match with the patient information. AND even further; there is no crosschecking with the provider or the patient to let them know there seems to be a miss-match. Therefore, the prescription can be sent in to GoGoMeds and the patient can be registered with GoGoMeds and it can be months and that miss-match is not even recognized - meanwhile the prescription has not reached the patient.

Dear Unhappy, We will take your issues and work to improve the process. The slow part is usually the prescription from the physician but when we receive it, we complete the order asap. Thanks Ron RPh
