More than six months after working with Chris and GoodLife and I could not be more happy. You talk about having made the best choice. No worries, no surprises, everything regarding my reverse mortgage is working just as Chris described it would work. In the time of Covad19, I could not feel more secure in my home and my retirement. Thanks Chris for being there for us and doing such a great job. Your friends in Northern CA, Olga and Steve

We had gone through about a year of research and discussion on whether this was a prudent financial decision .There are many lenders providing this service and we wanted to feel comfortable with our choice and more importantly we wanted a company we could trust. We decided on GoodLife and Dave Schulte, their mortgage specialist. Dave did an outstanding job throughout the whole process, even when we would throw up roadblocks he stayed on course. The process was well orchestrated and efficient, and Dave kept us updated during every step. We were surprised about how quickly the process went, and the required documentation requests were reasonable. We had proposals from other companies and Goodlife's package was far better. Their initial “good faith estimate” changed very little by the time we closed in comparison to the competition who changed our numbers twice in a short period of time. It has been about a month since we closed, and we have no regrets about choosing Goodlife and Dave Schulte. If you are considering a reverse mortgage contact them and get a proposal, and I believe they will do what it takes to get it done.
