this was by far one of the best things I've ever done in my life.mike Maffe personally guided me through every bit of the process.At times it was a bit frustrating to deal with the process but with Mr. Maffe's guidance and use of his knowledge to guidre me it was a very satisfying and lucrative process. Joshua Wilson is our HECM expert. He made everything as easy as it could possibly be, from start to finish, with a structured timeline that was on tract from beginning to end. Even the notary commented to us that she has never had a lender organize the documents as he did, making her job easier than others.

I could not be happier with Goodlife, and in particular Dave Schulte! We ran into a few “bumps” along the way, due to some credit issues from our past. Dave always took things in stride and made us feel very relaxed during the process. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for professionalism, understanding, kindness, and patience as they look into a reverse mortgage. Wish there were more stars to give!
