Very good communication
Very good communication with notification through email on my order being processed and being shipped and tracking it so I can expect it in the mail. also, my product works very good and the price is very very good for what I get.

I'm still waiting for a response
I'm still waiting for a response from my last "visit". Having multiple practitioners for one visit is not a good idea.
