Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a detailed review! We truly appreciate you trusting our team to help bring more traffic into your studio and take lead follow up off your team’s plate. It’s great to hear that having our booking team consistently reaching out to leads made such a meaningful difference in the number of people coming through your doors. We also really appreciate your kind words about our marketing strategy and ongoing performance reviews. Knowing that you felt involved in the process while still being able to rely on our team to stay on top of the strategy and results means a lot to us. Seeing 50 intros, 22 membership sales, and 12 active trials in the first month is incredible, and we’re grateful for the opportunity to have supported your business during that time. Thank you again for sharing your experience!

We take client success seriously and appreciate all feedback, as it helps us continue improving. While we regret that this client did not have the experience they were hoping for, we want to clarify some key details about our guarantee and approach. Our agreement states that we guarantee 50 members in 90 days, or we will work for free for an additional 30 days. This is not a money-back guarantee, and this was made clear before signing up, outlined in our service agreement, and reviewed again on the onboarding call with the Client Success Manager. For this guarantee to apply, there are reasonable requirements that must be met. These include providing us with video content needed for ad creation, which was not submitted until the final weeks of the campaign, and allowing us to run a database reactivation campaign, which was not approved. Additionally, in order to generate the best results, we need the ability to fully implement our advertising and targeting strategies. In this case, the client restricted key aspects of our strategy despite being advised that this would significantly impact performance. Even with these limitations, we continued working at no additional cost to generate the best possible results. Despite the restrictions, we generated 197 leads and 67 booked appointments. If we had been able to run the campaign as recommended, this number could have been significantly higher. Additionally, the claim that we are a Canadian company is incorrect; we are based in the United States and work with fitness businesses across North America. The vast majority of our clients see strong results and continue working with us long-term. Our approach is designed for business owners who are ready to implement a proven system and work collaboratively to drive growth. If you are considering working with us and have any questions, we encourage you to reach out. We are happy to provide clarity on our process, results, and expectations to ensure the best possible partnership.
