What made our experience great was that everything was at our fingertips in the app. There were friendly reminders, i.e. remember your passport when switching hotels, maps, pictures of the sites, etc. What was special were the tour guides. Each had a wonderful knowledge of their respective cities. The beer tour guide in Prague felt like we were with a friend. She took us to insider spots. It really helped to have them give an overview of the city before going out on our own. Go Real Travel was quick to respond via WhatsApp. The instructions for using the train tickets were detailed and thorough.

We had a great experience using Go Real Travel and working with Juliette especially. They were able to handle most of the tours and travel accommodations for us, leaving a worry free experience. The app they use is also incredibly helpful as it has contained our tickets, additional travel/commuting information, and more history about the sites we were visiting including self guided tours we could do ourselves. I would highly recommend using them and will use them again in the future.

We have been trying to get to Italy, especially Rome and The Vatican, for almost 30 years. Always something got in the way and we needed someone to help put the visit together so we could finally put our plans into action. We chose GO REAL TRAVEL after comparing other options and felt they would be the best chance at maximizing our time and finances. The did not disappoint. We had a wonderful trip! We were able to work with financial and time constraints to visit everything we wanted and more. GO REAL TRAVEL was very instrumental in making it successful. Whey were able to work within our constraints and even made a couple suggestions to include in our itinerary that contributed to our overall delight about the trip. First time using Go Real Travel, and the service they provide definitely did not disappoint. Where to even begin. From the moment that we started planning the parts of Europe we wanted to see and the special interests of each destination Tyler was helping to curate our perfect trip experience. He was able to come up with a perfect itinerary and made any requested changes before finalizing the final cost. Everything was 100% customizable to our specific wants and needs. Price range was given for what we were expecting to spend and from there Tyler took care of the final details with booking our hotels, ride accommodations from airport to hotel, booking private guided city tours as well as group tours. The team also helped make small changes to our itinerary as the trip got closer and more research was done on our part of additional things we wanted to see, and adjusting for days/times that certain things were closed on the day we were set to go and do those things. Appreciated that they picked hotels that were close to city centers and within walking distance to most everything we had planned to do and see. Real time help while in the middle of our trip was invaluable. There was a time when, because of traffic we were close to not making it back for another scheduled and paid for tour. The team made sure to have a bolt ride waiting for us to take us direct to the location so we wouldn’t miss out. They also were of help when traffic again caused us to almost miss our train to the next city and eased our nerves letting us know they could put us on the next train no issue if we didn’t make it in time and to let them know if they needed to rebook our train tickets. All the private tour guides they work with that we interacted with were top notch. Loved that they could offer us these private tour guides so we could ask and learn all the things that we were interested in learning and knowing, without the large group of people. The app they have worked flawlessly through our entire trip. So nice to have everything right there on our phone so if there was any question of where, how, why it was all right within the app. There are tips about each area, how to use public transit, money exchange info, hotel info, and so much more. We will for sure use their services again when we get ready to plan our next European adventure! I also appreciated that they wanted to call after our trip and ensure that everything went well and asked for both positive and negative feedback to improve their company. Hands down valuable service from this small team. They did an outstanding job for us! I have already told multiple people that their services are worth it. Go Real Travel (GRT) is a great resource for handling the details of your trip. We took an unrelated river cruise which ended in Vienna, but we wanted to spend a few days in Munich before flying back to the U.S. GRT obtained our first class train tickets, arranged a private walking tour, and private transfers to the hotel and to the airport. Yes, we could have done those things on our own, but GRT provided such detailed instructions on how to navigate the train stations, and how to meet our transfer rides, what to expect each step of the way, all of which allowed us to enjoy our time there, no stress. The guide for our walking tour was excellent. This was our 2nd time using GRT, and will definitely use again.
