I knew nothing about this company when I was approached but I was in the early planning of a trip to Italy and Myles had a very professional, honest approach. I appreciated that he was an American living in Prague (where the company is located) and had so much personal experience traveling through Europe. Myles and the company made the planning seamless but really took into account our likes and what we wanted to do. We ended up traveling with our 85 year-old mother and Go Real made sure that the transportation and tours would accommodate her. As with most travel, there was an issue at a hotel and with some train changes. I was so relieved that the people at Go Real didn't leave us hanging but helped us immediately. I will use Go Real in the future and will also recommend them to others.

Tyler was on multiple calls and Google meets with me in order to explain the details of the trip. The trip was organized perfectly, and transitioned day by day "like a Swiss clock." We had PRIVATE tour guides in all cities and towns. Whenever we had questions during our trip our messages were answered immediately. To top it all off, we lost a package in Vienna...Tyler Hawthorne tracked it down had it sent to his home and then couriered it to us in Toronto, Canada.

The level of communication was excellent both before and during our trip. We had to make some changes while in Europe and had quick response times and the directions and detailed information we received were invaluable during our trip. Not having to book our own hotels or train tickets was a huge benefit. The only thing I would stress is to be very specific about the type of hotels you want to stay in and their location and the type of activities/tours you want to do. We wished we would have researched that a little more but overall it was a wonderful experience and we would definitely use them again!

BEST travel agency. They took care of us from the first day we worked with them in planning our Europe trip of a lifetime. We had every detail at our fingertips and on the app. They consistently contacted us during the trip to make sure everything was perfect. When we had an issue at one brand of hotel, they quickly changed a stay at the same brand in a different city. All of our private guided tours were excellent. GoRealTravel worked with us to have a combination of scheduled tours and time to explore on our own. We did 15 days, 6 cities, 3 countries and they helped us make sure it was not overwhelming or exhausting. Will not travel to another country without them.

Having GoReal collaboratively build our custom trip was incredibly time saving and fun. I feel like we were able to fully customize and adjust the trip to suit our interests and budget and never felt pressured to add things or keep things that we didn't feel fit. Once on the trip the app was incredible and we just got to enjoy the trip without hardly thinking about anything except where we wanted to eat. We had the perfect amount of preplanned excursions or guided tours and tons of free exploration time as well. Hotels were nice and in great areas and having breakfasts all included in the plan was great. Private tours really spoiled us as we would see the larger groups and be so thankful we had a private guide and could even customize the tour while on it which we loved! So much flexibility when the tours are private. We spent 15 days in Europe in four countries and 5 landing spots. Never felt over scheduled, never felt rushed, and truly enjoyed the trip without needing to worry about planning. Communication with the company was so easy even while on the trip. We needed one itinerary adjustment and they responded quickly and helped us out. Could not be more happy with GoReal and will absolutely be recommending them to anyone needing help planning a trip in an area they are not familiar with. Is it more expensive then planning on your own? Sure...but absolutely worth every penny!

Myles and the team at Go Real helped planned a large family trip with people coming and going at different times. We needed transportation for this large group to a small ancestral town and they provided private drivers. All of our tours and transfers were excellent. The group ranged in age from grandparents to kids and everyone enjoyed the trip. The hotels were also great and had AC and breakfast. While on the trip, Go Real responded to questions on WhatsApp and helped us as needed. Overall, we had a fantastic trip and would recommend for anyone looking to do a custom trip with complicated logistics.

Go Real Travel is a small unique travel planning company that allows your input to come up with a travel itinerary that applies to your schedule and specific needs instead of a company that plans a whole trip that includes a large group with a dedicated itinerary planned in advance without your input. We scheduled 14 days in Italy, visiting Rome, Sorrento and Salerno. Each location had our specific interest in sites we wished to visit within the timeline we wanted to stay in each location. Go Real Travel arranged all the major specific site tours we wanted to visit, keeping each tour group to less than 10, and as small as our group of 4. Each tour content was the same version as large tour groups that could number well into the 20's and 30's. The tour guides for each of our tours were very professional, teetering on the side of excellent, and provided a good history and overview of what we were touring. Each spoke good English, so communication was not an issue. When we were not on a Go Real Travel arranged tour, Go Real Travel provided us with a good overview and directions to other sites we could visit in our "on our own time", in the same city. Travel for us in Italy was very different than in the United States. We experienced every form of transportation available; planes, trains, metros, buses, automobiles, and yes, lots of walking. Be prepared to walk in Italy!! Not being that familiar with the rail/train system, that took a little getting used to because of all the different operating train companies. There are the high-speed trains that operate between the major cities and the commuter trains that operated more regionally, along with the city metros and trams. But, Go Real Travel arranged all the city to city, some high speed and some regional, trains, so after getting used to the system, and some on the fly guidance from Go Real Travel, we were fine. You may want to study up of the European train systems before you go if you have never experienced that form of major transportation before. Go Real Travel also provided metro passes while in Rome, which help significantly with lessening the required walking. There were a couple of times we required an automobile transfer, so Go Real Travel knew when we would need those in advance and pre-arranged the transfers. All those transfers were on time, with professional transfer companies. All of the hotel accommodations were arranged by Go Real Travel. Each was no less than 4 star. Each was very conveniently located to our major hub of travel, which was the train, metro and buses. Each was very comfortable, clean, professionally operated and included a very good breakfast setting to start your day. In closing, we don't live in a perfect world, so there were a couple of times while in travel mode that I needed assistance in understanding some of the information provided. When I needed that assistance, I communicated directly with a Go Real Travel Support Agent. I was extremely pleased with the response time in getting back with me and addressing my question. If you so choose Go Real Travel for your next travel planning, which I highly recommend for travel that lets you create and manage your own itinerary, I think you will be very pleased. You will automatically need to download the Go Real Travel App to reference your itinerary when needed. I would also download two others for your communication use; WhatsApp to communicate directly with Go Real Travel Support should you require immediate assistance, and Trenitalia for scheduling any required train travel if traveling to Italy. And now you know why I rated Go Real Travel a 5! We had never traveled outside our comfort zone of group planning, but now having done so, we are very, very pleased we did and will do it again on our next adventure.
