Go Real Travel was excellent at organizing our itinerary. They made sure that all of our needs were met from the moment we arrived in Paris until our last day in Rome. The hotels were perfectly chosen and very well localized. The tours were fantastic, and the guides who led them were outstanding.

While some might say planning a trip is part of the fun, it can quickly become overwhelming. So much research. So many options. So many decisions. My wife and I wanted to tour parts of Central and Eastern Europe. Go Real Travel was the perfect solution to our planning challenges. They’re so knowledgeable, professional and helpful. This is the second trip Go Real Travel has planned for me in Europe. They take all of the time consuming burden of planning an itinerary, booking hotels, transfers and transit off my plate so I can manage my busy schedule and just look forward to the trip. They're professional and thorough and I especially love that they position my stays strategically so that I have access to as many of the activities and sites I want to see. Make sure you take advantage of the half day private guided tours in each city you visit. Those are priceless.

While we were not able to go on the trip Mr. Rieger planned for us, we have nothing but praise for him. In comparison with other travel agents, Mr. Rieger was more timely, listened more carefully to what we wanted and needed, and planned a trip in detail that would have been perfect for us. I shared rough points of what my family was interested in doing and Tyler took it from there to create a tailored trip. We then honed it together resulting in an amazing experience. Operations support is good, but understaffed - you get amazing support while you are on your trip, but leading up to the trip you are put into a queue with some delay in response.

This was our third time using Go Real Travel in Europe (Barcelona this time) and they did not disappoint. Tyler and Samia handled every detail and answered ALL of my many questions. The transportation driver was prompt and so very friendly. A true professional. The guide they scheduled for our walking tour was outstanding. She was very knowledgeable about Barcelona and paced the tour to meet the physical stamina of those I was traveling with. The hotel we stayed in was neat and clean and located within walking distance of all the things we wanted to see and do. We would recommend their services to anyone and look forward to using them in our future travels.
