I had been having problems lately with my log in and updated payment info so I called to get some help. I was connected with Yolanda Acevedo who went above and beyond to get me and my account back on track. She was extremely patient with me. She corrected my log in issue, updated my payment info then helped me with obtaining some paperwork I was needing. This woman is a surefire blessing, knows what she's doing and overall made this experience actually fun for me. Thank you, Yolanda, for your help and expertise!

I have just purchased four separate properties from here. Multiple states and using both the "buy now" and auction options. My properties are prime locations for the intentions I have for them. The process was easy, the opportunities amazing, and the customer service incredible. I worked with Tom for all 4 and he did not hesitate to help me with making the whole process easy and with all the necessary information needed too. The only thing I would make note of is that the contract paperwork does not provide the most crucial data for the buyer: coordinates for all corners of the lots, the central coordinate, or address if there is one. I was missing a plot map to see the streets and property outlines. Lastly, if there is an HOA or subdivision existing, there is no contact information or website to go too. You have to research these things that would be better tied into the contract and/or information sheet about the property that goes along with the contract. Surprisingly, these things are not all that easy to find and you can be in a bad position if you can't find these until after the auction window for your buying decision passes. Ultimately, later finding out the property won't fit your plans because of missing info access. These are quite significant factors. Thankfully, Tom was able to get me the info not included, but I needed, which was stellar and he was so willingly helpful with. So appreciated! I have no experience with any of the auction types.
