Super helpful, very responsive, polite and understanding, I’ve had way too much caffeine tonight. They were patient with me. GravaStar products look awesome! I wish they had a full bundle including their full sized keyboard so I could make the complete switch over from Logitech.

thank you for such an awesome and fun review! Haha, we're glad our team could be patient and helpful during your caffeine-fueled night! We really appreciate your suggestion about a full bundle with a full-sized keyboard—that's a fantastic idea, and we'll definitely pass it along to our product team. Hope to welcome you fully to the GravaStar family soon!

The shipping price was incredibly high and its been 7 days since it departed from original port without any further updates.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for the shipping fees and the tracking delay. To clarify, we currently do not have local warehouses in most countries (our largest warehouse is located in the US). Because of this, international shipping costs can indeed be high. Regarding your package, if the tracking status has not updated for 7 days since departing the port, please contact our customer service team immediately at [email protected]. We will track down your order and provide you with an update right away.

The process of ordering was really easy, and the wait was short I’ve waited only 5 business days for my order, unfortunately I’m away and I cannot review the product yet but I’ll surely edit my review when I do, not that I will change it I know I will be super satisfied.

Products are always top tier. Only thing about the black keycaps is it’s impossible to see the letters on them in the dark. Even with backlighting all the way up.

Hi Joseph, thank you so much for the 5-star review! We're absolutely thrilled to hear you love the quality of our gear. We also really appreciate your honest feedback regarding the visibility of the black keycaps in the dark—I will make sure to pass this directly to our product design team for future improvements. Thanks again for supporting GravaStar!
