All the products are definitely out of this world. Super unique and amazing, for sure a conversation starter. I use my pro headphones every day and my speakers everytime I’m gaming and watching movies on my projector. I highly recommend

Purchased their P5 headphones just a bit over a year ago for a review. When reviewed, everything was great. Sound was amazing, build quality was on par. But then I started having problems with muffled audio. I always kept them charged, cleaned, and stored. I hadn't used them more than a handful of times through the year. Now i am only days past the warranty date, but a defective product is still a defective product. I reached out to customer service(ABSOLUTELY GARBAGE, FIX YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS) and was basically told I'm screwed, buy another pair. No solution was offered other than "it's out of warranty. But we are selling the headphones at a discount right now if you are interested" I get being out of warranty, but the only solution you offer is basically to tell us to screw off and purchase another one? Take care of your customers, and your customers will take care of you. I have already removed my positive review video off of YouTube and I will be posting another shortly to detail this experience to possible future customers. Do better Gravastar. EDIT: After contacting them again as requested here, I GOT THE EXACT SAME RESPONSE. Trying to get me to purchase another pair. Congratulations, you lost a customer.

Dear Bounty, First and foremost, we are genuinely sorry to hear about your recent experience with our P5 headphones and customer service. Your feedback is crucial to us, and we want to assure you that we are taking your concerns seriously. The experience you described is not characteristic of the level of quality we aim to provide. While we understand that our warranty period is set to help manage the lifecycle of our products, we also realize that it can be incredibly disappointing to encounter issues just outside of this timeframe. We're committed to customer satisfaction and would like to look into possible solutions within our capabilities. Although we're constrained by warranty policies, we want to explore every avenue to assist you. Could we invite you to contact us once more at [email protected]? We'd like to discuss your situation further and see what can be done. We value you as a customer and as a member of the Gravastar community, and we want to find a way to address your concerns in a manner that helps reaffirm your trust in us. Thank you for your honest feedback, and we hope to have the opportunity to make things right. Best regards, GravaStar

Absolutely love the speaker I got..it sounds great..looks great and I wouldn't take it back in any way shape or form...I enjoy music and sound and can tell a crud product when I hear it this is not it.... currently waiting on my next purchase. My only one star kill is shipping..takes a while to ship and get to you..but that's not to say it's bad..I'm just used to Amazon type shipping

I love how well they work hard and fast on answering questions about their products. The battery charger are made for the future and are one of a kind. I congratulate gravastar on making such a bomb efficient product like the delta 35. All I can say is you have to buy it to see it I have it in pink 🩷

I had the ability to speak with someone on gravastars team about concerns I had and they reached out within 20 minutes I mean fast. It was awesome they were very kind helpful and helped me track my package with ease. Plus I love my speaker it loud awesome and gets lots of compliments and my little delta 35 charger is so cute and charges everything quickly and doesn't make my phone or my gravastar ear buds hot and feel like it's on fire. :) forever a gravastar customer <3
