The team at Grayton was both helpful & patient during this extended re-fi process. Our feedback is focused on the concern that finding & securing the very best rate for their clients is Grayton’s top priority. We were disappointed to find others in the re-if market with similar circumstances and financial details were able to access rates that were nearly 10% lower than the rate at which we closed. He was very responsive and worked hard to secure the best rate and meet the closing date. Although there was a last-minute glitch in the process, we were able to close on time smoothly. Kevin is honest and easy to work with, highly recommended!

Great customer service. The loan officer was available after work hours and weekends for any questions. Him and his staff were very friendly.
